Chief Executive Officer

In 1992 Joe graduated from Harvard Law School and from there embarked on a quest to become a partner in one of the top tier law firms. While progressing in his career Joe had the privilege of representing and working with numerous international banking institutions and Fortune 500 companies, the transactions he worked on totaling in the billions of dollars. In his travels around the country, Joe was moved by personal interactions with Associates, and now finds great satisfaction in seeing how Max's products and opportunity can help people improve their lives. As the CEO of Max International, Joe oversees the CFO, General Managers, Area Presidents, and General Counsel to drive Max towards a bright future. Joe is an avid runner and finished 93rd in the 1994 New York City Marathon; and 2nd in the 1994 and 1995 Long Island Marathons.




Jim graduated from Villanova University in Pennsylvania, then received his law degree from Fordham University, and an LLM from NYU. He was a partner in the law firm of Pepper Hamilton LLP from July 2007 to February 2010. From 1985 to 2007 he was a tax partner in Squadron, Ellenoff, Plesent & Sheinfeld which became Hogan & Hartson in 2012. Over his career he has worked with major clients including Vivendi SA, News Corp. and Capgemini. Jim’s background and connections in numerous industries and governmental agencies help Max open more doors, enhance efficiency and cross-team competence. As the General Counsel and Business Risk Manager, Jim proactively oversees Max’s relations to foreign and domestic business regulations to ensure that Max continues to be successful in both new and established markets.



Chief Financial Officer

Tyler was named Chief Financial Officer in April 2016 after serving as Max's Controller over North America since early 2015. Prior to joining Max, held positions in financial reporting, budgeting and internal controls. He has worked with various management teams in assisting them to achieve their cost savings goals as well as managing their budgets while permitting the companies to strategically invest to reach growth targets. Tyler’s financial expertise and attention to detail ensure that Max continues to be a strong partner for our Associates.



Vice President of Asia

Joey graduated with a Master’s Degree in Business Management from the Asian Institute of Management and Bachelors Degree of Science in Accounting with the highest honors, Summa cum laude, from De La Salle University. A CPA, Joey has worked with other major multinational companies. He brings with him decades of General Management experience in the direct selling and network marketing industry. He is currently serving his fourth term as the Chairman of the Direct Selling Association of the Philippines (DSAP). As Chairman of the DSAP, he has created, in coordination with government and regulatory agencies, anti-pyramiding education programs to help would-be Associates identify attributes that define legitimate, strong, long term, and professional direct selling companies. Joey’s impeccable credentials and vast experience are helping Max reach greater levels of success in Asia.



Chief Technical Officer

Jeff Hanson has more than 20 years experience as a software engineer and architect, including working as senior architect for Financial Fusion, chief architect for the Zareus SOA platform, and chief architect and CEO for He has designed and implemented systems for retail banking, global markets, mortgage lending, newspaper publishing, reinsurance, and others. Jeff has written three books for the software industry. Jeff is a member of the expert group for the Java Management Extensions Remote API specification and a member of the International Association of Architects (IASA).



Vice President of Operations

With over 8 years in the Network Marketing Industry, Mike has served an integral role in all commission distributions in Max’s history. Mike works closely with international expansion, distribution, purchasing, manufacturing, distributor services and commissions to oversee all aspects of product manufacturing and delivery. Mike leads by example and works tirelessly to ensure all Max operations run smoothly. He is passionate about his two daughters and is an avid BMX rider.



Vice President of Marketing

A New York City native with over 20 years of Madison Avenue marketing experience, Larry specializes in developing campaigns and materials for Consumer, Business and Direct Sales products. Larry has managed major campaigns for various Consumer and Healthcare products for Mercedes Benz, Verizon, Merck Pharmaceuticals and Genentech. Now, as the Vice President of Marketing, Larry is transforming Max’s marketing strategies and creative into dynamic and engaging efforts with a global appeal.



Vice President of Support Services

With more than 25 years experience in network marketing, Eric is proud to be involved in the industry and for what it offers people. After earning his Master’s of Business Administration from Brigham Young University, Eric has traveled to 34 different countries and built strong relationships with many people in the network marketing industry. Now, as he oversees and manages the Max Customer Care Center, Eric continues to be proud to be in this industry and is passionate about ensuring the highest quality customer care. He loves to teach, read, and compete in triathlons.



Senior Vice President of Sales and General Manager of North America and Australia

With an extensive background in Direct Sales, domestic and international, and top-level executive experience in the financial service and hospitality industries, John has the professional diversity, determination, and expertise to bring significant success to Max’s North America and Australasia markets. John has followed Max since the beginning and says he has always wanted to know more about the science behind Max’s superior line of products. Having the opportunity to work with Max’s worldwide executive team, corporate employees, and world-class Associates inspire him even more to fulfill his vision “to work collectively to take Max to new heights”. John and his wife, Donalyn, have three children and two grandchildren. John enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and learning to cook foods from cultures throughout the world.



General Manager of Malaysia

With a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from The University of Southern Queensland, Australia, more than 18 years professional experience with Network Marketing/Direct Selling, E-commerce, Operations and People Management, Veni Kandiah brings to Max a wealth of business knowledge that will help Max continue our world-wide expansion and help fulfill our Vision and Mission. A student of life and natural leader, Veni firmly believes that teamwork and unity are the keys to Max’s success to becoming the global leader in Network Marketing. Veni has a passion for living and loves working with people from all walks of life. Success for Veni comes from adding value to the lives of others. She shares the Max passion and understands our Mission. And with her proactive work ethic and diligence, she is poised to make Max Malaysia an exceptional success.



General Manager of Colombia

Victoria holds an undergraduate degree from UNIVERSIDAD SANTO TOMAS in economics and business administration management and a post graduate degree from COLEGIO MAYOR DE NUESTRA SENORA DEL ROSARIO in private finance. Victoria has a wide variety of professional experience in the direct selling industry, including Tiens, Yanbal, Stanhome, Visse and Affinity Network in the Republic of Colombia. She has worked with many different types of products, including cosmetics, nutritionals, and home products. She is committed to using her expertise in sales, promotions, operations, and customer service to help our Associates grow their businesses.



General Manager of Max Costa Rica and El Salvador

Jennifer’s diversity, specialized skills, team-player approach, patience, diligence, and focus on customer satisfaction and success make her an asset to Max. She is ideal for making Max even greater than it already is. Her dedication to her work is exceeded only by her love for her friends and family, spending time with them, and her devotion to her faith.



General Manager of West Africa

A New York City native with roots in the Afro-Caribbean Diaspora and with over 20 years of combined management and sales experience, Tekle joined Max in 2011 as manager of Max International's North America Customer Care division. Since 2014, Tekle has managed Max International operations in Ghana, the first market opening on the African continent. Tekle and his team of Max Ambassadors help support the growth of the dynamic, emerging Associate teams who have helped make Ghana one of the fastest growing markets in Max. Tekle has been a competitive Master's distance runner who pioneered the use of RiboCeine in his marathon training. Tekle has traveled extensively throughout the Caribbean, West Africa, East Africa & Southern Africa.



Consultant for Product Regulatory and Business Development in Africa

With a Bachelor and a Master’s Degree of Pharmacy and three Postgraduate fellowships, ACP/Augustine Kosi Yaokpo Kokukokor (ret), Keke, from Ghana, has become a highly accomplished expert in pharmaceuticals and nutritionals and has worked as a Chief Pharmacist of the Ghana Police, a consultant, lecturer, technical expert, legal chairman, including Board Chairman of Ghana Special Olympics, and Secretary General and then Vice President of the Pharmaceutical Society of Ghana. These are just some of the fields and titles in which he has high-level work experience. As Max International’s Consultant for Product Regulatory and Business Development in Africa and, since 2016, the Country Manager of Max Health & Living Products Nigeria Limited, Augustine ‘Keke' Kokukokor has the knowledge, expertise, and skills complementary to developing significant success in Nigeria.
